All ACTWD email accounts come with SSL for your email free of charge.
You will also need the name of our server to know the right ACTWD server certificate to use. If you need to know your mail server name, please check your initial setup letter, login to the control panel for your domain or contact tech support
If you have the correct information but are just seeking the port numbers:
Incoming: 993
Outgoing: 465 (choose SSL/TLS)
You may choose to use port 25 or 587 but will need the encryption type to START TLS
We are aware that there are auto settings in mail clients however, it has been our experience that it is best to set it.
